They Tried Everything Too.

★★★★★
“For YEARS I tried everything — scrubs, lotions, oils. I honestly accepted smooth skin wasn't in the cards for me. Six weeks in I was touching my arms all day because I couldn't believe it.”

“My dad has KP too, so I figured it was genetic and forever. The bumps are barely noticeable now. Best my skin has EVER been — finally rocking sleeveless tops again.”

“After just a few days I noticed a real reduction in the roughness AND the reddish spots. Nothing I'd used before ever touched the redness.”

The part your dermatologist skipped

Everything You Were Never Told About the Bumps on Your Arms

Four minutes with a doctor got you one word: moisturize. Here's the whole thing.

1

Why I Built This

Founder

I hid my arms for 27 years. Cardigans in July. A cover-up for every swimsuit. Arms pinned to my sides in every photo since third grade.

At 19 I waited three months for a dermatologist appointment that lasted four minutes. “Keratosis pilaris. Harmless. Genetic. Just moisturize.” I moisturized. For fifteen years I moisturized, scrubbed, exfoliated, and bought every bottle that promised smooth — and every single one of them worked on the surface of a problem that wasn't on the surface.

At 34 I was shopping for a dress for my sister's wedding, and every option was sleeveless. I went home and, for the first time, read an actual dermatology reference instead of another product page. That's where I found the thing nobody had told me in fifteen years: the bump isn't on my skin. It's a plug of keratin sealed inside the follicle. You can't scrub off something that's underneath.

So I stopped buying and started building. I brought in a cosmetic chemist and a dermatologist, and we built the routine around the one thing every product I'd owned was missing — actually getting into the follicle. I wore it for eight months before I let anyone else near it.

2

Five Actives. One Plug.

Most KP lotions run one acid. One acid can't do three jobs.

2%
Salicylic Acid
Oil-soluble — the only exfoliant that travels into the follicle
8%
Glycolic Acid
Smallest AHA molecule — dissolves the keratin bonds
1%
Lactic Acid
Exfoliates while pulling moisture in — no stripped barrier
2%
Urea
Double agent: softens the plug and loosens keratin
2%
Niacinamide
Calms the red halo nobody else treats
3

Why Scrubbing Never Worked

You don't fix a clogged pipe by polishing the sink. Scrubs polish the sink. Acids are what actually reach the clog.

Scrubs vs acids — how they reach the follicle
1

SOFTEN

The wash preps skin in the shower. Sixty seconds — the “steam room” step.

2

DISSOLVE

Five actives break the plug down from inside the follicle.

3

LIFT

Twice a week the mitt sweeps away only what's already loosened.

4

Ten Minutes a Week

Wash lathering on wet arm
“60 seconds, every shower”
Lotion massaged into dry arm
“Every other day to start”
Mitt sweeping in one direction
“Twice a week — gently”

Is This For You?

✓ Yes, if…

  • You've had these bumps since childhood and a parent has them too
  • You own a cardigan for every outfit
  • Your derm said “it's harmless, just moisturize”
  • Scrubs make your arms red but never smooth
  • You hate the redness as much as the texture

✗ Not yet, if…

  • You're pregnant or breastfeeding — ask your doctor about salicylic acid first
  • You have broken, actively inflamed or sunburned skin
  • You want it gone in three days — softer comes fast, smooth takes weeks

Them vs. Us

You already bought plenty of products. Here's exactly what was missing.

Old Ritual, Proven Chemistry

1974

The paper nobody built a routine around

Van Scott & Yu proved alpha-hydroxy acids dissolve the bonds holding excess keratin together. Fifty years of dermatology has built on it. The body-care aisle kept selling you walnut shells.

Hammam

The sequence was right all along

Moroccan and Korean bathhouse culture has followed one order for centuries: soften, treat, then lift with the mitt. Never raw scrubbing on dry skin. They had the sequence; 1974 gave us the chemistry.

The Honest Timeline

Every product you will buy promised in 7-10 days. Beating them here means refusing to.

Days 1–7
Softer to the touch. The same tease other products gave you. Stay skeptical — this part is easy.
Weeks 2–3
Patches that feel flat. You'll catch yourself running a hand up your arm to check. The red starts to settle.
Weeks 4–6
The mirror moment. Texture mostly gone, halo faded. This is the week most women message us.
Day 60
Full reset — and the guarantee's edge. The refund window deliberately outlasts the time it takes to work.

More FAQs

Will the bumps come back if I stop?

Yes — and any brand telling you otherwise is lying. Your genes keep making keratin; the routine keeps dissolving the plugs faster than they form. Smooth arms are a habit, not a cure. Ten minutes a week, roughly the effort of brushing your teeth.

It's more expensive than the drugstore lotion.

It is. It's also about the price of one coffee a week — against a drawer of products that were structurally incapable of reaching the problem. And if it doesn't work you pay nothing.

Acids burned me before. Is this going to sting?

Every percentage is balanced for body skin, and the lactic acid, urea and niacinamide hydrate and support the barrier while the acids work. Start every other day, patch-test the inside of your arm, build up.

Can I use it on my legs, thighs, or back?

Yes — KP most commonly shows on upper arms and thighs, and the routine works the same anywhere on the body. Face is a different formulation question; ask us.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email us within 60 days and get every penny back. No returns to ship, no hoops, no restocking games.
