Try it risk-free for 30 days. Don't love it? Full refund, no questions - and you keep it, because we don't take hygiene items back.
Will it really be pain-free on sensitive areas?

No pulling and no tearing - it cuts, it doesn't grip. The foil head puts a screen between the blade and your skin, so it can't scrape the way a wet razor does. Go slowly and don't press: pressure is what causes irritation.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. You keep the kit - we don't ask for personal-care items back.

Can I buy the heads separately later?

Yes. Both heads are sold on their own, and the trimmer body takes either one.

How long do the heads last?

[X] months of regular use is typical. You'll notice it first as tugging rather than cutting - that's the cue to swap.

What's included?

Trimmer body, classic trimmer head, foil shaving head, two comb guards for four lengths, charging dock and cable.

What they said after switching.

Nothing to twist for

The bit that sold me is that I'm not contorting in front of a mirror trying to see what I'm doing. It goes where I point it and it doesn't grab. I used to nick the same spot near the crease every single time. Not once with this

Got my Thursdays back

Honestly the appointments were the worst part. Booking them, moving them, driving there, paying $40 for the privilege, then doing it all again in three weeks. Now it's something I do in the shower without thinking about it. I hadn't realised how much space it was taking up in my head.

Finally something that copes

My hair is thick and dark and grows in places I'd rather it didn't - chin and chest included. Most trimmers either skip over it or pull. This one just gets through it. It's not a permanent fix and I wasn't expecting one, but it's the first thing that doesn't fight me.

Nothing there the next day

My skin reacts to everything. Even the razors marketed as gentle leave me red and bumpy for two or three days. The real test for me was the morning after, and there was just nothing there. That's the whole review, really.

Twenty years of this

I've been fighting ingrowns since I was fifteen and I'd more or less accepted it as the cost of doing business. I bought this half expecting to add it to the drawer of things that didn't work. Six weeks in and my skin looks calm for the first time I can remember. I'm not going to pretend it changed my life but I stopped dreading it, and that's more than I expected."

I didn't believe the pain-free bit

I've heard 'painless' before and it's usually a stretch. So: it genuinely doesn't hurt, even under my arms where everything else pulls. What I'd say is don't press down - I did at first out of habit and got a bit of redness. Once I stopped, nothing.

Honestly

What to expect.

First use

Not glass-smooth. On purpose.

This leaves a fraction of hair above the skin. That fraction is exactly what stops it curling back in and becoming an ingrown. If you want one flawless evening, a razor still wins. If you want the bumps to stop, this is the trade.

Week 1

The redness stops arriving.

Nothing is scraping the top layer of skin anymore, so the after-shave sting has nothing to come from.

Week 3+

Fewer bumps, then fewer marks.

Ingrowns need a hair that curls back under. Take that away and the bumps thin out — and the dark marks they leave behind stop being replaced faster than they fade.

You asked.

How close a trim can I get?

Close, but not wet-razor close. The foil head leaves the hair a fraction above the skin — deliberately. That is what stops the hair curling back in.

Is it hard to use?

Hold it flat, move slowly against the growth, don't press. Pressing is the most common mistake and the one that causes irritation.

What's the difference between the two heads?

The trimmer head cuts above the skin and takes length down. The foil head shaves close through a perforated screen. Use the trimmer first if it's been a while, then the foil.

How long do the heads last?

[X] months of regular use is typical. When it starts tugging instead of cutting, swap the head.

Can I use it in the shower?

[Verify the waterproof rating with your supplier before publishing this answer.] It rinses clean under the tap either way.

How do I clean it?

Twist the head off, rinse under the tap, shake dry. No brush needed.
